Bringing families together
At Children’s Heartbeat Trust, our family events are all about bringing heart families together in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. Designed with the unique needs of families living with congenital heart disease (CHD) in mind, these gatherings offer something special for everyone.
For children
The little kids love our family events just as much as the big kids! With lots of inclusive activities on offer, children have the opportunity to make new friends and socialise with other children just like them, helping them build their own peer support circle as they grow and progress to our youth services.
For parents and caregivers
While the kids are busy having fun, parents and caregivers can connect with others who genuinely understand the CHD journey. These relaxed settings provide space to share stories, gain support, and form meaningful friendships with those who “get it.”
For the whole family
We also welcome siblings and extended family members, ensuring everyone feels part of the heart family community. Whether you’re attending for fun, connection, or support, our events are open to all.
