We understand that living with CHD can sometimes feel tough. We would love to see you at one of our Inspire events where you can meet new friends who understand what being a young person with CHD means, learn a bit more about living with CHD and try some new activities along the way!
What is Inspire?
Our Inspire group is open to young people aged between 11-13 years old who have congenital heart disease and are living in Northern Ireland. We love meeting up, trying new things and sharing our stories with each other.
Meet other young people with congenital heart disease at our exclusive events.
Our peer workshops include topics like: body image, independence and school transitions, helping young people with CHD cope with some of the extra challenges having a heart condition can have.
Join us for an action-packed overnight summer residential! We get to head away together, along with some fantastic people, for a great retreat.
